About Rabbi Moshe Segal

Rabbi Moshe Segal has been involved in Jewish education and outreach for the past 9 years. He’s focused specifically on Young Jewish Couples and families, keeping them connected to their Jewish heritage and community.

Rabbi Moshe enjoys teaching Torah, and specifically opening people’s eyes to a deeper side of Torah. He believes that when people understand the “why” and depth behind Jewish customs and commandments their appreciation and enjoyment grow exponentially.

Rabbi Moshe received his Rabbinical ordination from Rabbi Moshe Shternbuch, chief Rabbi of the Rabbinical Courts of Jerusalem, as well as from Rabbi Hillel David, member of the Moetzes Gedolei Hatorah (Advisory Board of Leading Rabbis in America).

Additionally, Rabbi Moshe has a Masters degree in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Rabbi Moshe has been married to his super talented wife Rivy (nee Strauss) since 2009 and they have 5 beautiful children: Avi, Chaim, Esther, Gedalia and Shaya. 

In 2017, Rabbi Moshe and his wife Rivy co-founded the DATA of Richardson community, which focuses on Jewish outreach, providing an opportunity for Jews of all backgrounds to live and raise families inside of a Jewish community.
